Blueberry chilled cheese cake



You will need

Base Crust

1. 250 gm digestive biscuits
2. 150 gm melted butter(unsalted)

Crush biscuits and mix well. Use 9" loose bottom cake pan.Line the base with the cake mixture and Bake for in 180 C oven. Cool.

Cheese mixture
1. 250 gm cream cheese
2. 250 gm whip cream or less (pour cream bit by bit until its a thick consistency)
3. icing sugar to taste

Whip Cream cheese.Whip whipping cream. Mix well. Spoon filling into pie crust.Spread blueberry pie or strawberry pie or cherie pie filling on top across and swirl with a toothpick.

Chill.
