Tiramisu recipe

There are many different ways of makin Italian Tiramisu cake.This recipe below is just one easy way to make it at home without using eggs.


Ingredients;

Lady Finger biscuits (get it from the supermarket try with a small pack first.)

250 ml. mascarpone cheese, 1/2 litre whipping cream, 60g. sugar icing, 2 cups nescafe some artificial vanilla extract,

cocoa powder

Recipe:

Put the mascarpone, the sugar and the cream in a mixing bowl and whip them together to stiff peaks .

Cool down the coffee and mix with the vanilla extract.

Dip each lady finger in the coffee mixture and arrange them horizontally or any which way to fit in a suitable tray.

Spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top and sift cocoa powder to cover the whole tray.

Continue with the layering of dipped lady fingers in the coffee mixture.

Spread the second half of the mascarpone on top and sift another layer of cocoa powder.

Cover the Tiramisu with glad wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours to set before cutting.

Cooking tip: I also like the idea of layering the tiramisu individually in small glasses.
